City of Victoria’s “All Our Voices” survey.
Hello,
The following is an invitation for community members to complete the City of Victoria’s “All Our Voices” survey.
Feedback will help the City of Victoria reimagine what inclusive, and equitable engagement could look like. It will help inform the Inclusion and Equity Update to our Engagement Framework that guides how we engage with members of the community.
Please share this survey widely within your community and networks.
Community Survey Invitation
Help us explore how all our voices can be part of City decisions
We’re looking to hear from people in the community who live, work, study or play in Victoria and who’s voices haven’t been heard as much in past City decision making processes:
• What would make it safe and easy for you to share your input and ideas with the City of Victoria?
• What would be welcoming for you?
• How do you want to connect with the City?
• What would be needed for you to feel that the City had heard your ideas and feedback?
You’re invited to complete a short survey: Inclusion and Equity Update to the Engagement Framework | Have Your Say (victoria.ca)
The survey will be open until April 30, 2022.
We look forward to hearing from you. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Best regards,
The City of Victoria Engagement Team

The Victoria Shoah Project
invites you to attend our Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) commemoration on Sunday, May 1st, 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM, at the Victoria Jewish Cemetery on Cedar Hill Road (south from Hillside Ave.). Those who perished in the Holocaust will be remembered as real individuals, as we also honour the strength and resilience of survivors.
This year’s theme is ““Personal Stories of Remembrance and Repair.” We will hear family stories of survivors and those who perished, through readings from a Holocaust-centered play, and a new memoir by Isa Milman, a member of Victoria’s Jewish community.
We will include music and songs from that era to move us and remind us of the flourishing cultures in so many locations that were tragically upended by the Shoah. Memorial prayers and reflections will help us to think about how we can act today.
We invite you to share in this event with us. We welcome your presence and support as we gather to remember the past and look towards a future of peace and unity.
